Patients with cold and flu symptoms are required to complete a rapid antigen test (RAT) prior to their appointment.
If your test returns a positive result we ask that you contact the practice on 9836 1366 so that reception can prepare for your visit.

Appointment Availability
Due to a number of doctors taking time off over September and October, there may be a temporary reduction in availability for appointments.
It is understood that this might cause you some inconvenience. Your patience is appreciated and it is recommended that you contact the practice in advance to schedule or reschedule your visit.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there are times your doctor may be delayed. This will be communicated when you check in at reception. Be assured that when you are called for your appointment you will still receive the same level of care and attention.
If you notice that your doctor has no availability online, please ring the clinic and our receptionists will do their best to find the earliest possible appointment with your doctor.
